1. Eligibility
- The contest is open to women of 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- No man can join this contest.
- Employees, officers, and directors of WOMANPHOTOGRAPHY.COM, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
- All entries must be submitted through WOMANPHOTOGRAPHY.COM
- Entrants must complete the entry form and pay the required non-refundable entry fee of 6,95 USD (United States Dollars)
- Images must be submitted in JPEG or JPG format, at least 2000 pixels on the longest side, and not exceed 10MB.
- Do not include watermarks, signatures, or borders on the image. [1, 2, 3]
- AI images are strictly prohibited.
3. Entry Fees & Limits
- The entry fee is 6,95 USD (United States Dollars) per series of 3 photographs
- There is no limit to the number of entries a single participant can submit, provided each entry is accompanied by the corresponding fee.
- Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Image Requirements
- The photograph must be an original work created solely by the entrant.
- The entrant must own all rights to the photograph.
- The use of Generative AI is strictly prohibited” or “Composite photography is allowed.
- Images must not contain obscene, defamatory, or inappropriate content. [1, 2, 3]
5. Judging
- Entries will be judged by a panel of independent photographers / industry professionals.
- Judging will be based on creativity and technical quality.
- The decisions of the judges are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.
6. Prizes
- First Place: 500 USD.
- Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternatives are available.
7. Copyright & Usage Rights
- The entrant retains the copyright to their photographs.
- By submitting, the entrant grants WOMANPHOTOGRAPHY.COM a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and publish submitted images for [e.g., marketing, promotional, and exhibition purposes related to the contest]. [1, 2, 3]
8. Privacy & Release
- Entrants’ personal information will be used in accordance with the [Link to Privacy Policy].
- If the photograph contains recognizable individuals, the entrant must be able to provide a signed model release upon request. [1]
9. General Conditions
- This contest is void where prohibited by law.
- WOMANPHOTOGRAPHY.COM reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor impairs the integrity of the contest.
